Saw this movie tonight. Laughed and smiled the whole time. I do love good movies. Oh cuss.

Steve Scott
I love my father. Today he gave a talk in Sacrament meeting. While I was listening I couldn't help but tear up because I was so full of joy. My joy was because I knew that I was dearly loved by this man, I knew he was one of the greatest examples in my life and I knew that he had a testimony that Christ lives. My father is a kid at heart and I just love that about it. He loves life and doesn't want to get older. He loves his family and shows it daily. He has sacraficed for my family but I know that he gets most of it back from just seeing his children choose the right. Sometimes when I get discouraged or I am tempted to just give up on things my father usually pops up in my mind. Would he be proud of me? What would he do? I feel a deep connection with my father and I am so grateful for that. I hope to one day marry a man as great as he is. I hope that one day my children can look at my husband and have such great admiration for their father as I have for mine.
I love you Daddy. You are my hero.

Quote
"So you want a heart do you? You don’t know how lucky you are not to have one. Hearts will never be practical until they can be made unbreakable."
--The Wizard of Oz
Found this quote today. I don't know why exactly but I kinda like it. But I think we are lucky to have "hearts." Its what makes life worthwhile. Yeah we get hurt or think illogically because of them, but that's okay. We live, we learn and all the while we love.

2009
Looking back at this year I would say it was the best year of my life! I hope that each year is the best year of my life! It was a year full of love, joy, new friends and old friends, family and memories I will not soon forget! I am excited for 2010. The future is such a mystery, but that is what makes life exciting.
What I will expect from 2010:
I will be 20 and I will be considering getting my mission papers in or not. I will be starting my junior year of college. I will have another niece! I will have new friends and I will have new fantastic memories!
Happy New Years.

Finals Finally.
I have been waiting for this week the whole semester. You ask why? Because that means I wont have to have finals for a long time! I am taking next semester off and have decided to work and take a couple online classes instead. It will be different and I am excited for the change.
I am excited for Christmas break though. I like being with my family. I love Christmas time. I love having no worries and just spending everyday however I want to!
P.S. Anyone notice the cold and the snow outside? Yeah I just to ignore as much as possible...

Disneyland
I finally made it to Disneyland! Woot! It was so much fun! The best part was taking my nephew Ander around and seeing his reactions to everything! I loved the time I got to spend with my family! Thanksgiving, once again was a non-traditional Thanksgiving but I loved it all the same!

What a Present
"We’re so busy watching out for what’s just ahead of us that we don’t take time to enjoy where we are."
Lately I have been thinking about the future and not really taking in my amazing time I am in. It is called a present for a reason. I need to take in the here and now and appreciate what the present holds for me. It is such a gift, and I need to be more grateful and enjoy the time that I have.
I am so grateful that I am attending BYU and that I have such amazing roommates. I am so grateful to have an amazing family! I love them so much! I am so grateful for friends that have been there for me. I am so grateful for the knowledge of the gospel I have! I am so grateful for this Christmas season coming up! So much to be grateful for...I can't get it all down. But starting today I am going to live in the present and not long for the future!
