December

Looking back at this year I would say it was the best year of my life! I hope that each year is the best year of my life! It was a year full of love, joy, new friends and old friends, family and memories I will not soon forget! I am excited for 2010. The future is such a mystery, but that is what makes life exciting.

What I will expect from 2010:
I will be 20 and I will be considering getting my mission papers in or not. I will be starting my junior year of college. I will have another niece! I will have new friends and I will have new fantastic memories!

Happy New Years.

Finals Finally.

I have been waiting for this week the whole semester. You ask why? Because that means I wont have to have finals for a long time! I am taking next semester off and have decided to work and take a couple online classes instead. It will be different and I am excited for the change.

I am excited for Christmas break though. I like being with my family. I love Christmas time. I love having no worries and just spending everyday however I want to!

P.S. Anyone notice the cold and the snow outside? Yeah I just to ignore as much as possible...

Disneyland

I finally made it to Disneyland! Woot! It was so much fun! The best part was taking my nephew Ander around and seeing his reactions to everything! I loved the time I got to spend with my family! Thanksgiving, once again was a non-traditional Thanksgiving but I loved it all the same!

What a Present

"We’re so busy watching out for what’s just ahead of us that we don’t take time to enjoy where we are."

Lately I have been thinking about the future and not really taking in my amazing time I am in. It is called a present for a reason. I need to take in the here and now and appreciate what the present holds for me. It is such a gift, and I need to be more grateful and enjoy the time that I have.

I am so grateful that I am attending BYU and that I have such amazing roommates. I am so grateful to have an amazing family! I love them so much! I am so grateful for friends that have been there for me. I am so grateful for the knowledge of the gospel I have! I am so grateful for this Christmas season coming up! So much to be grateful for...I can't get it all down. But starting today I am going to live in the present and not long for the future!
