A year ago my heart was shattered into a million pieces. A year ago I thought I could not go on. A year ago I started to cry myself to sleep for 3 weeks straight. A year ago I thought I would never trust or love again.
A year later my heart is healed. A year later I have found I did go on, and life moved right along with me. A year later I haven't cried about my broken engagement for a while. A year later I have found myself trusting and loving again.
Amazing what can happen in a year's time. Time really does heal.
